zencontrol
We will be taking the opportunity at BuildNZ/Facilities Integrate to demonstrate the advanced functionality of the zencontrol system and its comprehensive software that assists and manages maintenance and compliance obligations.
Facility managers love this software platform with its ability to provide a full audit trail for DALI-2 (wired) and DALI+ (wireless) devices. This gives visibility of when each device was tested and maintained, and who carried out that maintenance. Opting for additional power analytics features, means this information can be integrated with the wider building systems to provide whole life carbon data for all lighting services.
Integration
For building wide and multi-system functionality, zencontrol can integrate with BMS via MQTT or BACnet, with stage lighting via DMX, with switched loads that do not support the DALI protocol, with blind controllers, with security systems via low level inputs/outputs, with audio visual via RS232 or zencontrol UDP interfaces, BACnet or MQTT, and with HVAC via BACnet.
You can even use the zencontrol third party API to gain access to your buildings data and import it into other dashboard and building systems.
