The Wynyard Quarter location known as Site 18 on the corner of Beaumont and Jellicoe Streets has been transformed into a centre for Orams Marine that includes a superyacht refit facility, incorporating a travel lift shed.
Intelligent Environments were contracted by Coll Electrical to provide the smart building solution for the control of the lighting for this exciting new dealership on Auckland’s North Shore.
Intelligent Environments Ltd were contracted by McKay Electrical, on behalf of Tauranga City Council to supply and commission the DALI-2 cloud based lighting control system for the Waiari Water Treatment Plant in the Bay of Plenty.
IEL were contracted by Dickson Gray Electrical to design and commission the lighting control system for Costco’s first New Zealand store. The project required control of a mix of DALI lights and relay-controlled (on/off) lights.
Intelligent Environments were contracted to provide the lighting control for the original building, and have also designed/commissioned the DALI systems for the tenancies within the building (including Google and Media Design School).
This large transparent climate-controlled tropical dome at Auckland Zoo is home to Sunda Gharial Crocodiles, Turtles, Tortoises and a variety of fish species. The lighting control is a critical element for the maintenance of the habitat, simulating a daylight cycle suited to the animals housed in the enclosure.
This upgrade project was for Level 4 of the Reserve Bank at 2 The Terrace, Wellington. A DALI dimming system was required, but it also needed to be able to control switched 230V and 0-10v lighting, and integrate seamlessly with the AV control in some areas.
