DALI-2 Lighting Management for Commercial Office Development
6-8 Munroe Lane, Albany is a brand new, 26,500m2 (GFA) commercial office development consisting of 1.5 levels of basement and 6 levels of A-grade commercial office space. The building is aiming for 5-star Greenstar accreditation. The exterior is wrapped in a high-performance curtainwall façade with integrated cultural identity artworks and patterns.
224 parks will be provided in the basement car parking level. Each of the six levels of office space comprises 3,000m2. Cafe/Food & Beverage/ Retail Outlets are planned for the ground level.
Daylight harvesting will be an important element of the DALI-2 lighting management as excellent daylighting is available due to three street frontages and an adjoining laneway.
The primary tenancy will be occupied by Auckland Council.
The project is progressing with the implementation of the zencontrol DALI-2 lighting management system for the basebuild and the fit-outs for each floor.
